Problem with iPhone speaker on phone calls

Hi need some help with iPhone 7 please. I can only make/receive calls now with headphones in for some reason. Music and videos play fine without them. It’s just calls and Snapchat videos that all crackly. Got 2 months left on my contract too. Thanks

See if there is any fluff or dirt in the microphone or speaker @Sunshinesue  gently using a pin
