Hey all. So I got a new iPhone 4S today, and I want to keep my number. Tried using the sim swap on the main page, but after I get to typing in my SIM ID number (the one on the back of the SIM card.) I just get an error message saying. SIM swap failed.
What do I do now? There's no helpful hints to sort out the problem, no reason why it's done it. How can I get this to work?
