Solved: Please help lost my notes!

The notes from my iPhone 12 have disappeared but they are still showing in my iCloud account. How can I get them back on my phone please? I was messing around my my phone last night and have obviously changed something but I don't know what TIA

When you restore from a backup, everything in iCloud should be transferred to your phone.

Probably best you speak to Apple directly https://www.apple.com/uk/retail/geniusbar/
