Personal hotspot

I have an iphone 5 and im trying to set up my personal hotspot but all it does is take me to a query page and doesnt actually let me enable it

You enable it on the phone itself under settings is that what you've tried?

Hi there.

As long as you are on an iphone data plan (if not call 202 to activate it):

Just go to Settings > General > Cellular / Mobile Network

You should find the portable hotspot there, once activate the option will move to where you have the options for Flight mode, WiFi etc.
