Payment rejected- return upfront payment

I got rejected in application NC104222894 , but they need to return the upfront payment of 100£ that i made.

You will need to take it up with your bank, as the amount was reserved by o2 and set aside by your bank when you made the payment, and o2 don't have your money, and nor can they speed the process up.
Your bank will take between 24hrs and 14days depending on THEIR processes, so you will need to speak to them to see if they can process it any quicker, some banks can some cant..
