Paid off plan but am I liable for air time?

Anonymous

Help! I've paid off my 02 refresh device plan but my contract expires in April 2018. Am I still liable for the monthly airtime until the end of the contract or is it all closed now?

It will continue month by month unless you call to give notice on the airtime.
It's your choice, but it is free to end the airtime now after giving 30 days notice.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Call and give notice now and you will only have to pay for one more month. Are you staying with O2 or changing to another provider?
