I also need my pac code my old iphone is also with o2 anyone know how to get it to transfer my number? Just tried calling 02 and there is a 1/2 hr wait!!

I called 202.
A tip I got off someone on here a while back (from memory, from what I was told, I think it puts you through to the north/north west call centre who tend to be better than the others).
Dial 202, after pressing the appropriate number to indicate you are calling from the number you are wanting help on (or words to that effect), keep pressing zero until you basically hear that you are getting transferred to an adviser.
I got my call answered quickly and got my PAC code with no messing around etc. I got the PAC code that quickly, I got the text with it on while I was still on the phone to them.
We've used the above instructions three times and got the same experience everytime

Yes keep pressing zero and it confuses and bypasses all the spiel...
