Hello. I looked into my bill and I have paid the exact amount so I’ve paid it off already and it says so, yet I’ve been overdrawn, it’s forcing me to repay it when I don’t need to, I didn’t know wether to go to o2 or my bank but since this is an o2 matter please help this be resolved.
