I was wondering why I am getting overcharged. I have checked my bills and they were fine until july. From august to november my bill has gone from £12.76 to £22.57. Why is this? I have noy gone over minutes nor have I purchased anything. It shows a total of extra chargers of £0.00 so please explain why? Thank uou.

This isn't customer service and no one here can see your account or charges. There should be a full breakdown in My O2 so check your messages to see if you received any premium texts from a short code or sent any texts that have converted to mms.
Also check numbers called for out of allowance charges ie. have you called any 0845 or 0870 numbers?
If you still can't see where the extra charge has come from you need to call customer service : Contact us

You can look in your myo2 to see a breakdown of your bill or call cs on 202.
You are not speaking to o2 here. This is a customer to customer forum. We do not have access to your account
