@Anonymous I went onto live chat and the person I spoke to said I should get an very shortly saying that it will be there. That was about 2 hours ago though.

Bottom line unless you get an email re the phone has been dispatched it wont be coming today. Once you get this dispatch email you can track it via My O2 https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/how-to-track-your-order

Invariably 'in progress' should read 'out of stock'. Call them, don't rely on live chat.
