So I ordered at 7:45 this morning a slate grey 64gb 5s and the order is still showing as "In Progress"
I guess a little patience is in order...

A quick update on my saga with the crushed package and damaged iPhone 5S
Despite online chat promising on Saturday that a replacement will be delivered today, I am not being told I will not get one today and will have to wait up to 6 weeks. The website still says they are in stock, but online chat says they ran out last week and are not expecting any more for up to 6 weeks, and that the website is wrong.
I am also being refused a refund, and being told to keep hold of the broken one for up to 6 weeks whilst they keep my money.
To say I'm unhappy is an understatement - I have been lied to, and now I am told O2 intend keeping my money, will not provide what I paid for until 6 weeks time, and that they have no stock even though they are still accepting orders for immediate dispatch.
I can't phone customer services because the phone lines are too busy and there is a message saying call back another time. Online chat will not refund, will not send a replacement and will not help. It looks like I will either have to ask my credit card company to do a chargeback or start a small claims court case.
Looks like I'll have to find a new mobile network too.

You have 7 working days to cancel and return the phone. The waters are muddied with the package and phone being so badly damaged but that's down to the delivery company.
I would keep trying O2 customer service and also make a formal complaint.
