So I ordered at 7:45 this morning a slate grey 64gb 5s and the order is still showing as "In Progress"

 

I guess a little patience is in order...

I have had notification of Monday receipt for my silver one. My notification came though at 7:30.

Hope your deliveries arrive when they're supposed to!

 

I chose a Space Grey 16gb and got my confirmation it was being delivered today. It never turned up and the tracking on UK Mail says its been delivered. O2 told me that it hadn't been collected by the courier and I'd have to wait until Tuesday!

 

Quite annoyed!

Just been told my 16BG gold ordered at 7.23AM yesterday morning will not be with me for at least 3-6 weeks expressionless I'm terribly annoyed! I ordered when it was in stock personally I find this to be unacceptable!

Just been told the same with our order, at 0800, that apparently they had no stock of the gold in the first place and that its 3-6 weeks.

Now orders are expected (for new orders) on a 12 week wait list.

 

Last year was a complete sodding shambles but on day one I had the phones. 

Now it will be at somepoint before christmas...

 

*sigh* another o2 f**k up

It's still advertising delivery as 3-6 weeks for the 16gb gold so if it hasn't come in 6 weeks they'll have some splainin to do!

I think I they had given people clear delivery estimates from the start then they could have avoided this backlash.

Instead you get a different answer every time you speak to someone and they aren't keeping their customers informed.

If they had said from the start "you won't get your phone until November" for example it would have avoided a lot of frustration from people!

Phoned AGAIN. The man said they have been advised that delivery should be 3-6 weeks but to keep phoning every couple of days to check progress on your order

Anyone know the status of the space gray?I know they had plenty of stock. o2 shop is still showing as delivery for Tuesday, however my order is still showing as progressing..

Perhaps nothing will change to monday?

Not to fussed, but could really do with it next week sometime as my current phone is completely broken.
