Hi all.
I ordered my new upgrade on the 4th. Iphone 5 after two year contract with Iphone 4.
I was told it would be with me the next day. It wasn't and it hasn't arrived today either (6th).
Now this wouldn't be such a problem but O2 have cancelled my original contract before my new phone has arrived leaving me with a device that simply reads No Sim installed. In this day and age no mobile phone is a problem. My business is suffering and it's causing obvious difficulties. I can't even dial 999 in the event of an emergency. My new phone being late isn't such an issue but not having a phone is!
Not sure what I can do about this?

Call customer services and ask them to do a sim swap for the new contract, if active, onto the old sim card?
Then when you get the new phone, swap back.
Did you take out a new order instead of upgrading?

Decided to cancel the upgrade and pop into a store as they think I won't get my new phone all month! I'm not waiting that long!
