I got my new iPhone 12 yesterday but nobody told me that the 3pin plug isn’t included. How am I meant to charge the phone with no charger.

Its quite clear on all Apple literature since the iPhone a couple of generations ago they no longer supply 3 pin plugs with the iPhone, they will happily sell you one for £20...

So I am afraid you need to go buy one, or use an old 3 Pin charger.
