I ordered a new sim for my iphone 6 via my 02 however the existing sim in my iphone 4s is still on my number and the new phone says no service - how do i get it swtiched and why did i get a 'service ready' text when clearly its not?
Also the wording for the mms 'how to set up' text is now wrong for ios8 - come on o2 get with the game !!

Takes from a few minutes to approx 24 hours to settle. Turn the iPhone airplane mode on and off throughout this period. The services will stop on your old sim first.

You shouldn't need to change anything.
Once you have sim swapped and activated your sim it will be set automatically.......
