I have just gotten a new Apple Watch (series 5) and when I try to add on the mobile data plan, I get the following message -
“Oops, something went wrong. Try again and if the problem continues call 202 for free from your O2 mobile, quoting reference code 04”
I can’t call O2 because they are only accepting calls relating to upgrades and cancellations, I just get cut off...
Can anyone help?

All numbers to try here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Say upgrade or fraud or anything at all to get put through.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
