Hi, at the moment I am in the Czech Republic and I’m not getting no network connection. My data is set to 4G and my data roaming is on but still nothing. Can someone please advise how to get it to work?

Also turn 4G off, as the czech networks wont allow you to connect on 4G

Change your apn to “mobile.o2.co.uk”

Are you actually connected to a network?

 

have you used for roaming before with o2. 

 

If if you are connected does sms and calls work?
