I bought an Apple Pencil 2 yesterday on O2 Accessories. But after my payment was successful and money was removed, the website turned out to say ‘looks like a problem happened’. There is no information about my order, but money was gone.

The money will be returned by your bank in the next 24hrs to 10 days depending on how your bank works, as o2 dont have the funds. 

The order wont have completed, so you will need to do the order again.
