I ordered the new iPhone 14 pro max, last month and I’ve waited 4 weeks to go and pick it up, it gave me today to pick it up but now I’ve gotten an email saying it’s out of stock but on the website it’s still in stock, how long would it be to get my phone delivered to the shop where I’m meant to be picking it up from?

O2s stock system is a bit of a mess and not real time 

At the moment Apple are saying 6 weeks for their own customers and the get first bite of the cherry.

Youu could phone the Sales team, you can call them on 0800 081 0255

 

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

dont believe a word they tell you! o2 are doing the same to everyone. 

wouldnt mind if they just stated the truth and customer service is awful
