Hi,

For some reason my iphone will not phone my home number.

I took my iphone 8 plus to an o2 shop today and the assistant couldn't understand why. He changed my sim card but it will still not phone my home number. He had no idea why it wasnt getting through. In fact it rings twice and cuts off.

 

Can you please advise

Assuming you can call all other numbers OK I would suggest it's a problem with your landline.

Speak to your provider to check.

I’ve done that. I can phone any other number except mine. The strange thing is any other phone can ring mine?????

Have you got the facility to block numbers on your landline?

If so, check if you've blocked your mobile number.
