I have been trying all day to transfer the number from my old phone to the new, without success. I did speak to someone on the phone for quite a long time, and we at least got the new phone online. I have gone to Settings, Mobile Service, Set up Mobile Service and then asked to transfer the number from my old phone. My old phone responds and I double-click to confirm I want the number to be transferred.
Then it all falls apart and nothing happens.
I moved the SIM to Esim on the old phone, but this didn't help, and right now I can't use either phone as a phone at all. Please please help
