Trying to log in mobile app I'm putting password in and it's coming up "failed to get user identity, possibly due to unlinking of MISiSDN from account (code 36) I've tried deleting and reloading any ideas... Please? 😕

Is this the O2 app.

Try deleting it and re installing again.

Try a soft reboot by pressing the top
Button and home button until the apple logo appears and let go. The iPhone will reset.

If your still having issues contact o2 Customer Services on 202 contract or 4445 payg just to have your account checked.

I resolved this by using the change pin option once from within the App on the phone, you log on using your User ID & Password and you are then prompted for a new pin, I used my existing pin so did not actually create a new pin and this worked.
