I moved to Canada in 2013 and tried to cancel my phone contract. After hours of waiting for responses, one of the advisors told me the only way to cancel my contract was to send my sim to the uk. I did this and 'cancelled' my contract (between 3-4 months ago). I am still being charged for my contract and am unable to dedicate an hour or more of my time to yet again attempt to cancel my contract. Has anybody else had this problem in the past? How did you go about it?
