Does anyone know of a direct telephone number for 02 insurance to make a claim (damage claim)

have been holding for about 45 minutes on  0344 809 0202

@Anonymous If you're a Pay Monthly customer you can just call customer service on 202 from your phone. There may be a long wait there too though, if what's been happening recently is anything to go by, but it won't cost you anything.

Edit: Alternatively, if your phone is damaged and you can't use it, you can call 0800 032 1402 from a land line or from someone else's mobile.

There used to be a direct 0800 number but you now need to go through customer service .
