Do any other O2 customers have experience of being blatantly lied to about a mast being down?

Intrigued to know as, yet again, I am forced to approach Ofcom, as O2 pretend they have no mast issues in a small Scottish town.

and made sure it's not something else causing the problem?

@Anonymous Keep reporting the issue via the my network app but they will not give you a timescale on repairs as they don’t give that information out

Same issue PL21 area. 4G service is intermittent, 3G the same, occasionally hit Edge. O2 supposedly fixed the problem, but it's started again.
