@Anonymous Likely that the phone is out of stock as you won’t receive s dispatch email until the courier gets it

My my order iv got my bill but still waiting for my phone said it was coming on 14 then 20 and today I've been waiting in all morning

It's almost certainly out of stock. Give them a call. They will refund you for the unused portion of your bill.
