I have an Iphone 3GS and recently downloaded the new software, but in doing so I have lost my 3G Connection and can't connect to the internet without WIFI...o2 sent me out a text with VPN details on it, but that hasn't worked either. Can anyone help?

Ok

•change APN then back again. Restart phone.
•restart phone
•restore from backup
•reset network settings.
•check if any other O2 users in your area have issues.

Try those and let us know:)
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

Can you screenshot your VPN details and post it.

Also are you on contract/PAYG?

Also how did you update to 6.0.1? Over the air or via iTunes?

Check your APN settings. They should be idata.o2.co.uk if you have a iphone data bolt on and mobile.o2.co.uk if a standard bolt on.

You could also try a 'reset network settings'.
