Hello I made an application for a new contract with you, the more I think has not been approved, more had to pay a 59.90 UPGRADE my credit card Luma and how this agreement has not been approved, but was charged the value of my Card I want urgent money back pro card ok.

If I understand you correctly, the money will be returned in a couple of days as it is held temporarily to ensure funds are available if the contract progresses.
