International Calling Cards

Anonymous
Not applicable

Has anyone else used international pre-paid calling cards with 'no hidden charges/only cost of calls' and then been charged for every call/text you send? I figure I am owed hundreds of pounds and thinking about pursuing the issue in a small claims court; anyone else had similar experiences? I am leaving O2 when my contract runs out in September 2016.

You shouldn't be charged then.
Have you questioned the costs with CS at all?
