Hi there

please help. 
I purchased an I watch ultra 2 and the data hasn’t worked since I purchased it. 

9 calls to 202. And a visit to the store. No help. 

my watch app has been spinning with O2 activating for 3 days. 

I was given a new watch and the same problem. 

many ideas before I melt the watch.
