IOS 8.3 is out. Also carrier update is now at 19.0

I've updated to 8.3 on my iPhone 6 today and I've noticed that in settings under Bluetooth it was Mobile now its cellular does anyone know why it's changed at all???

It means the same but to change it back go to settings-general-international and change the language to British from memory.

Yes because a buggy app that is separate to the phone's OS and doesn't integrate into it at all is exactly the same as the seamless experience of the integrated wifi calling from EE in iOS 8.3
