As logical as that is, it wasn't a problem until people upgraded to it
Although as soon as the problem became clear.. o2 could have texted like Vodafone
Don't apple test these things before releasing them obviously not
they like to wait & see if they get any complaints before they take action

More and more people are moving away from Iphones and I must admit I think I will be looking at alternatives soon why should the customers be the giunea pigs

I will be moving away from Apple asap too. I updated to ios6 and had nothing but problems including phone failing to show what I had purchased (until it came back spontaneously a few weeks later) and now I cannot connect to wifi because it says my password is incorrect. It isn't. Check out all the disgruntled Apple users. Apple updates cause problems for thousands of users but the company don't seem interested in curing the problems. Also, the actual gadgets are becoming less and less exciting with every update since Steve Jobs died. Samsung for me next I think unless Apple get their act together. Oh - I am going to leave O2 too because of their sneaky increase and their crappy reception.

Isn't this the first update since Mr Jobs death?
I agree with the Samsung move or nokia.
I don't really agree with you on O2 but hey ho.
