I need to cancel product from ordered and add voucher air time

Few hours ago, I was order 6 month monthly payment contract iphone 12 pro max 256gb. So suddenly added the airpod pro on this. So I need to cancel that airpod pro from my order and I also add airtime voucher. I have another request now iam using lyca so I need that number on that contract sim.
So I kindly request you to solve this before delivery.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

@Thanzeeh This is not O2. This is a customer community. You need to contact customer service in the morning. Customer service will not contact you.

If you wish to use your Lyca number with O2 you must request a PAC from Lyca.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
