I ordered a new phone - iPhone 13 pro last week and i got a confirmation email and moments later I got an email saying the product was out of stock. I contacted the O2 customer service and they said the products take a week or two to come back into stock and I haven’t had any update on it. Pretty annoying and bad service from O2.
@Abigail1 O2 doesn't operate a live stock reporting system. This is a ploy they've used for years. Many of the phones they sell are out of stock and there's no timeline as to when they'll have them stocked again. Your only option is to contact customer service again. I order my new phones from mobilephonesdirect or affordablemobiles. I find them cheaper than o2 and you can switch your existing number to the new contract, even if it's with O2 already. Why not cancel and order elsewhere, unless you're on O2 refresh? There's a good comparison site at moneysavingexpert.com/cheap-mobile-finder Only caveat is that some 3rd party suppliers aren't Apple approved so you may not get some of the perks that usually come with a new iPhone or from O2. But they'll say if they do come with the perks. Hope this helps
