I need help with these iPhones

I made a post about this about a year ago so about two years ago scammers got hold of my account and ordered some iPhones iPhone 14 pros and then they called me pretending to be the O2 fraud department trying to take me into sending the phonesdidn’t work got the issue sorted got the phone removed from my account and the O2 people said they would contact me about picking up the phone is sending me an email and all that but it coming up to 2 1/2 years O2 still have made no attempt to reclaim these phones so I called up last week and half ago and  they said they would send me a bag and an email if tell me how to return the phone well it’s been a week they said it would take three days I’ve heard nothing from O2 again do I just keep the phone

Return bags are taking around 10 days to arrive.

Keep hold of the phones until you receive the returns details.

Phones will be barred and useless now anyway.
