How long untill I receive my replacement phone?

Hi there, I made an insurance claim to replace my cracked iPhone 6, 128gb space grey, and it was picked up today by DPD, does anyone know when I can expect to receive my replacement phone?

You should have received tracking details when the phone was dispatched.

Confused.com here.

Does the Op mean the broken phone was picked up by DPD(for return)...or that the replacement phone was dispatched to DPD? Confused

I rang o2 to make a claim, they said that DPD will come and collect my smashed phone, deliver it to o2 insure, who will inspect it, and then they will send me out a new phone, im wondering when i will receive the new one. DPD picked up the smashed one today at 12:30pm

That's exactly what I thought.... and why we wouldn't really know for sure when the new one would get into the dispatch process...
