How do I speak to a person for help? I cannot send or receive text messages on my iPad and I cannot change the settings.

iPads cannot send or receive SMS messages, only imessages if you have signed into your Apple ID.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Oh ok, I didn’t know that! I have a phone number for that sim and supposedly 100 free texts a month. I’m trying to upgrade the iPad and they’re telling me I have to get the code off a text message that I can’t receive.

All data sims come with 100 texts per month as some tablets can send and receive..

No use in Apple products though.
