Hi, was wondering if anyone would have any ideas on how to fix my problem.

I got an apple watch series 3 from 02 around 5 months ago now and from day one i have been paying for airtime on my watch, i pay this monthly along with my phone contract. However the problem is when i try to set it up on the watch i cant all it says is "your o2 account is not eligible to set up mobile data on this account, contact o2 for more information".

i have contacted o2 around 4/5 times both in person and online and no one seems to be able to help and cant understand why my account wont let me set it up when i already pay for it monthly and its on my plan.

if anyone has any advice would be much appreciated.

You need a seperate data plan for a watch

Currently costs £5.00 per month

You don't pay airtime for the watch

@KaitlinB

You must also have a pay monthly refresh tariff on your iPhone.
