Green line Iphone

I purchased a ‘like new’ iphone x on contract just under a year ago and today a green line has appeared down the right hand side of the screen. I have tried to call O2 but the automated line eventually says bye and cuts me off. How can i get in contact with O2 in regards to this.

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
