Help me please

My iPhone 4s is only allowing me to use n o2 sim but O2 are telling me that the phone is unlocked to other networks.. What do i do?

Hi,

I'm assuming you have requested the unlock via the unlock form already.

Now insert your alternative sim card in your iPhone and hook up to iTunes and follow the prompts / instructions.

If after this your iPhone will not accept the sim card then either your new alternative sim card is faulty or you need to re request the unlock.
