Hi and welcome to the forum.
The upgrade can take 24 hours + so its a case of keep turning your iphone on and off to see if the no service status turns into the 02 Network Logo.
If you feel after this time period it still has not activated then contact Customer Services to ensure all is ok with your account and iphone settings.
The same advice applies to your iphone 3.
