Hi
So I ordered a refurb iPhone 7 Plus in Silver through my sister's o2 account (she kindly allowed me to use hers for the contract). I received my package the next morning and was surprised to see that the delivered iPhone is Black and not Silver. Note that it said no where on the order confirmation that the delivered iPhone will be Black so on the system the phone is still registered as Silver. I called o2 who told me I need to return the iPhone to them by post (as if I no longer want it and not as a wrong order) and then sent me a jiffy bag. I did not argue and just decided to return it to them. I decided since they said they'll cancel my contract as soon as the return is complete i'll get my own o2 account and order the Silver one again. This time I made sure the CS operator knew what happened to me before and ask him multiple times to make sure it'll be Silver and not Black which he assured me it will be but this morning I got delivered ANOTHER Black iPhone!! I feel like i'm being taken as a joke to be honest because this cannot be real! I already paid £129 upfront for each device and they cannot get one silly thing right! At least if it said in the confirmation that it'll be black I would have refused the delivery and made the return process quicker!
I know now if I call them they'll ask me to return it and send me a jiffy bag but I will not step foot outside my doorstep or take myself to the post office for something that is entirely their fault and have to wait 2 weeks for my money! Can someone please advise me on what to do in this situation? I just want my money back as soon as possible and I am not making another post office trip for their mistake! They should atleast treat this as a faulty item case and offer doorstep replacement/pickup!
Apologies for the rant!
