Hello
New to this forum. I recently decided to upgrade my phone to an iPhone - my first time having an iPhone but it wasn't delivered.
I have have several conversations with O2 customer service where they assured me it will be rearranged and delivered the next day and it wasn't.
I've had to put a complaint in as this is ridiculous and very time wasting. I regret moving to o2 because of this experience.
Any advice would greatly appreciated.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
