Getting new sim for iPad air

Anonymous
Not applicable
It took one chat session phone call and finally going in through Apple website to finally get a data sim for iPad.!!!
Why do the staff not know they do a nano sim? It took over 2 weeks . 1st one lost in post? 2nd not right size .
Surely staff must have knowledge of the correct sims for different products? Finally have correct and working sim. In over 13 years never had such a long winded fiasco to get a sim poor show O2

Hi,

Were you speaking to O2 via Live Chat ?

Its always best to visit an o2 shop or speak to o2 Uk CS sometimes to get what you want.

I agree Apple are really good online.

I had the same problem when I needed a nano sim for my iPhone 5s.  I was sent countless standard size sims and micro sims.  At this time is was not possible to order it on the O2 website or to collect one in store (no stock) so I had to rely on customer services sending me one.  Let's just say I have about 7 or 8 sims lying around.......

I'm glad you got the sim you wanted in the end. slight_smile
