I recently inherited an old iphone from another family member, however she was on O2 and I'm an on EE, when I put my SIM into the phone, it doesn't say it is supported; I have reset the phone to factory settings, but it still thinks it is an O2 iphone

Does she fill it out with her O2 details, or do I fill it out with my EE details?

They would advise the caller to fill out the unlock online form.
