Hi, I'm trying to upgrade my broken iPhone 4s but can only get as far as the code activation screen as I can't access my texts on my phone to retrieve the code... What should I do? I have no landline and am looking after my baby daughter so am unable to drive to the nearest apple store.
Go to your local O2 store if it's nearer as they'll let you put your sim in one of their phones or ask friends , family or neighbours to lend their phone if theirs takes your size of sim.
