Esim /hacking

Hi all

I really need your help to solve my hacking problem on my iPhone XR. Ive had 6 phones/numbers and each time completely set up new accounts. Apple have said on previous handsets it was in my hardware so to get a new phone and number. I need to know if you can tell if a esim is set up on my 02 iPhone. If you look at the screen shots below I have this problem all the time. I think I know who could be doing it but need evidence if possible. 

02 gurus have said there is something not quite right with the device and to remove all personal data as they also couldn’t factory reset. 

What somone has done also is my iCloud appleid that I set up the handset with. 

They changed the password. Then deleted the account with apple. 

Now I can’t remove that from my handset as It asks for my password and then says there is no such appleid. 

So I cannot factory reset this handset as it asks for the password to reset. 

I don’t have a laptop anymore to connect to iTunes as the screen went black on that and the nearest apple store is 70 miles away. 

Please can anyone help answer my questions.

If someone has taken control of your Apple ID (and deleted it) your best course of action is to make contact with Apple, they will be able to assist you in recovering the account to wipe your handset, be prepared to be requested to provide proof of who you are and proof of purchase to Apple

I can't understand how the phone would have been changed six times or six account set up again. Makes no sense if it's an Apple id problem, why would they keep changing the phone @Pjord11-
