upgraded to a new phone picked Esim option and cant connect or see anywere how to add the new Esim to my new phone nothing is working and there is no usable info on how to use or setup a Esim what so ever

It needs to be installed through the My SIM section of MyO2
If not you are best calling into an O2 Shop with photo ID
You might consider swapping to a normal SIM as you will save yourself problems like this in the future

i cant find the "My SIM Seciton of MyO2 " anywhere in the O2 app whatsoever
