5 hours on with o2, no solution found to fix even after an esim reset. Also spoken with Apple and they remotely dialled into the watch, no issue there either.. This is an o2 issue and they just can not help or find me a solution. I cant even get to adding my details into the apple watch mobile data plan, section as it just gives me the error code 14. I have purchased the data plan 10 days ago... at the verge of simply walking away from o2 now and swapping network... Please help some one

I have the same error and cannot purchase a data plan as I get error code 14 when trying to set up a mobile network on my watch. Please help!
