@RobertR

Is this the deposit you paid for a device which you no longer want? If so you can't. You will have to wait for the device to arrive then send it back under the 14 days return policy. https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-change-of-mind-policy

If it's an upfront deposit you paid when ordering your device, then it will be returned after you have made 3 payments on your account. It will be returned on your 4th bill.

If you need help with the return then ring customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2

You must pay your first 3 bills in full and on time, then you can call to request the refund of your deposit.

All explained here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/refunds

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @RobertR , welcome to our Community. slight_smile There's some good info above related to deposits from @Cleoriff  and @MI5 that should clarify things, but don't hesitate to post again if you have any additional queries or get stuck at any point!
